Many offices closed, minimally manned Feb. 7

LITTLE ROCK AIR FORCE BASE, Ark. --  Winter Wingman Day is Feb. 7 all day and will be held at numerous locations around base and most base customer service agencies will be closed or minimally manned for the day.

The following offices will be closed Friday in conjunction with Winter Wingman Day:
  • 19th Airlift Wing Legal Office;
  • 19th Airlift Wing Finance;
  • 19th Airlift Wing Public Affairs;
  • 19th Civil Engineer Squadron: Production Control (Helpdesk) calls will be forwarded to the base fire department and they will contact the appropriate shop's standby phone.
  • 19th Force Support Squadron: Manpower and Personnel Flight, appointments will be rescheduled as necessary; in case of urgent personnel situation, contact Lt. Collins at (501)-454-5013. The fitness center will operate on 24/7 Fitness for registered users. Provisions on Demand on the flightline will be closed. The Hercules Dining Facility will be available for meal card customers only;
  • The 19th Communications Squadron Comm Focal Point will be available via their standby phone. The number will be sent to base agencies via e-mail;
  • 19th Security Forces Squadron: Pass and I.D. same services available at Visitor's Center except for base access cards and restricted area badges.
  • The following 19th MSG Customer Services will have minimum manning/decreased services on Wingman Day:
19th FSS: The dining facility will operate two main lines and a snack line for meal card customers only.
  • 19th Logistics Readiness Squadron: The Air Terminal Operations Center, fuel service center, mobile maintenance, Travel Management Office, supply and vehicle operations will be minimally manned.
