The U.S. Air Force requires a steady flow of highly qualified and motivated young men and women to perform a multitude of jobs. Recruiters are the Airmen responsible for assuring the enlistment of those young men and women. Right down the street from Little Rock Air Force Base are two, active-duty recruiters who perform this unique job of ensuring the development and maintenance of the Air Force. For many of the recruits, the first image they see of the Air Force is from Airmen stationed at Little Rock AFB. More than 40 people each year make the decision enter the Jacksonville recruiting office and become enlisted Airmen.
