The maintainers of the 314th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron take pride in the fact that "if it's in the air, maintenance put it there." The Airmen of the 314th AMXS work around the clock to ensure more than 20 aircraft are fit to fly. These maintainers certify all C-130 aircraft are safe, functioning properly and ready to meet training and operational requirements. By providing mission ready aircraft, pilots in training receive essential flying hours that are necessary for graduation from the Center of Excellence.
