LITTLE ROCK AIR FORCE BASE, Ark. --  Col. Patrick Rhatigan, 19th Airlift Wing commander, along with Chief Master Sgt. Jimmy Ku, the 19th Maintenance Group command chief, congratulate Senior Airman Brandon Vernatt, a 41st Airlift Squadron loadmaster, on his selection as the Combat Airlifter of the Week Sept. 15, 2014, at Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark. Vernatt, a Snow Hill, N.C., native, played a crucial role in the recent preparation of the 41st AS deployment by ensuring 26 loadmasters completed their flying requirements prior to departure.
