LITTLE ROCK AIR FORCE BASE, Ark. --  

Senior Master Sgt. Shawn Payne, 913th Operations Support Squadron aircrew flight equipment superintendent, was selected as the Combat Airlifter of the Week Jan 12, 2015, at Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark. Payne, a Eugene, Ore., native, integrated the AFE shop with active duty and Reserve personnel, utilizing years of experience to train two new 3-Level shop members.
