Aerospace Ground Equipment shops across the globe have a singular motto that defines the nature of their career field, "No air power without ground power." The AGE flight at Little Rock Air Force Base consists of more than 85 Airmen who maintain the equipment that keeps planes moving. These Team Little Rock members work on approximately 600 pieces of equipment, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  For every hour a plane spends in the air, it spends dozens of hours on the ground being maintained and prepped by the men and women of the 19th Maintenance Squadron, who are supported with top-notch machines provided by the aerospace ground equipment flight. According to the AGE job description, "Without AGE equipment, our planes would be nothing more than paperweights."
