LITTLE ROCK AIR FORCE BASE, Ark. -- Maritza J. Wine, a 19th Contracting Squadron contract specialist, has showed unmatched dedication. Her outstanding initiative and problem solving abilities greatly enhanced the effectiveness of the unit. Wine expertly managed 14 contracts valued at $8M providing critical services to three Wing's. She is the Wing focal point for the $60M Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System ensuring zero late reviews and holding contractors accountable.
