Jose Roviratorres Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training Marine Unit Little Rock master training specialist coordinator Why is your job important? I evaluate instructors and coordinate training for Marine CNATT students here at Little Rock AFB. Marines learning C-130 communications, navigation, maintenance and airframes are taught here. What is the most memorable experience working here? I'll always remember jumping into the frozen base lake as part of the Marine Polar Bear Plunge in 2014. What is your most significant accomplishment here? Being promoted and working my way up to this position has been a big achievement. I have also recently received my black belt in the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program.
