How does the individual portray that core value?
Libed is a dedicated health services manager who displays an outstanding attitude. She is consistently one of 19th Medical Support Squadron's top performers and always seeks ways to get more involved both on base in the local community. One of her many mission contributions is facilitating the more than 1,700 medical referrals that are generated monthly, so that patients receive needed care.

Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?
"I moved to the U.S. from the Philippines when I was 14 years old and I wanted to serve my country. The Air Force has helped me through life with education, gaining self-confidence and being able to support myself and family. That's why giving back and serving in the Air Force is important to me."

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of?
"Graduating Basic Military Training was a big achievement for me."
