HOW DOES THE INDIVIDUAL PORTRAY THAT CORE VALUE?
Tech Sgt. Hughes led a team of client service technicians in managing the computer and network support of the 314th Operations Group. Hughes also took over the 314th Maintenance Group's client system needs while their technicians deployed. Hughes and one other Airman now provide support to more than 1,000 personnel throughout the 314th Airlift Wing.

WHY IS SERVING IN THE AIR FORCE IMPORTANT TO YOU?
I like the challenge and different adventures. I've been deployed to four different locations but the Air Force has been my rock throughout.

WHAT ACCOMPLISHMENT DURING YOUR AIR FORCE CAREER ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF?
While stationed to Scott Air Force Base, my flight noncommissioned officer in charge and superintendent deployed right after I returned from a deployment. I took over their duties for six months and earned a Commendation Medal.
