HOW DOES THE INDIVIDUAL PORTRAY THAT CORE VALUE: Shortly after arriving on station, Anderson was charged with standing up the new Information Operations office.  As the NCOIC, he quickly consolidated five programs dealing with all radio, computer and software assets worth more than $280,000. Anderson immediately identified and corrected errors in asset accountability and took over the MICT checklists in preparation for the upcoming unit evaluation inspection. He simultaneously completed all the required training needed to instruct the world's largest C-130J Formal Training Unit.  Lastly, Anderson completed his Community College of the Air Force Degree and volunteered to fill a Little Rock Air Force Base Honor Guard position, honoring the fallen members of the U.S. military.
