LITTLE ROCK AIR FORCE BASE, Ark. --

During a Sustainment Operations for Air Force Medical Responders exercise, Airmen assigned to the 19th Medical Group at Little Rock Air Force Base responded to a simulated aircraft incident, testing their ability to provide lifesaving care in high-pressure, resource-limited conditions. Every scenario strengthened the skills needed to save lives and support the mission when it counts the most.
