Staff Sgt. Futrell, 714th Training Squadron military training leader, successfully coordinated with three agencies to conduct a comprehensive health survey of the TRS dorm, the first in 11 years. This effort directly resulted in critical HVAC repairs and $10K allocated to remediate wildlife damage at the $8.1M facility.

Additionally, he mentored 74 Airmen, managed 20 programs, oversaw three adverse actions, 28 accountability formations and 14 behavior corrections, nailing Air Education and Training Command & TRS expectations.

Finally, he led a team of six noncommissioned officers to execute Secretary of War's unaccompanied housing inspection initiative. The team generated 79 maintenance tickets, directly improving the quality of life for 154 Airmen.
