Mr. Barry, 19th Airlift Wing Integrated Resilience Office integrated primary prevention chief, orchestrated the planning and execution of Wingman University Day, arranging 154 class sessions and enabling 3.3K sign-ups for Comprehensive Airmen Fitness courses, earning up to 83 Ready Airman Training credits to strengthen holistic fitness.

Additionally, he trained 35 champions across three wings and one reserve group, achieving a 94% base-wide suicide prevention training completion rate—exceeding the Air Force requirement by four months and boosting deployment readiness.

Finally, he completed the three-day Wingman Intervention Train-the-Trainer course and delivered Bystander Intervention Training to nine alcohol servers at Little Rock, enabling the 19 Force Support Squadron to close a critical deficiency.
