Senior Airman Craig, 19th Maintenance Squadron aircraft structural maintenance journeyman, skillfully repaired a damaged aircraft by fabricating new wing tip components, overcoming an Air Force wide supply constraint and guaranteeing the aircraft's on-time return from Depot and solidifying the 19th Airlift Wing's mission capability.

Additionally, he expedited the critical repair of an aircraft rudder, sourcing a non-procurable stiffener to overcome parts scarcity. He completed the repair and weight assessment in under 12 hours, while qualifying seven Airmen, increasing overall qualification rates by 10%.

Finally, he led the wing's first C-130J composite panel replacement, restoring airworthiness for a 6 month non-mission capable aircraft.
