Senior Airman Bolin, 19th Logistic Readiness Squadron command support staff, handpicked and trained two Airmen on administrative and personnel responsibilities. Under her stewardship, the team erased 5 nonconformances and standardized the decoration process, clearing a 7 month backlog in 30 days.

Additionally, she advocated in-processing changes to the 19th Airlift Wing that shaped how the wing integrates and align inbound Combat Airlift Squadron Airmen into the unit. Her advice eased the transition of six Airmen into Team Little Rock and set standard practices for the future arrival of 302 Airmen across the wing.

Finally, Bolin engineered a new electronic tracking and processing system, reducing in-person actions by 22%. Her effort allowed her team to prioritize records management, auditing 113 records exposing 261 missing or invalid documents ahead of three file freezes, enabling 38 error-free promotion selections.
