Airman 1st Class Tye Monteiro has quickly become an indispensable asset to the 19th Communications Squadron. Despite his brief tenure, he has adeptly assumed primary responsibility for over 150 VIP iPhone users and their transition to the new mobile platform, inTune.

Additionally, Monteiro also overhauled over 200 client systems ticket queues, leading his peers to a staggering 150 ticket closures in three weeks.

Finally, he motivated his team to reach a goal of zero tickets in the queue within one and a half months for the first time in over 10 years. He planned and navigated the installation of 49 mission essential laptops and peripherals to support the inbound Deployable Combat Wing members.
