SrA Laettner, 29th Weapons Squadron commander support staff administrator, was key to the 29th anniversary celebration of the squadron and the associated Weapons School graduation of the largest C-130 class in decades. He managed a 135 person guest list and was praised by Lt. Gen. Brian Robinson, Air Education and Training Command commander.

Additionally, he fulfilled the duties for an entire additional section while a wingman was on convalescent leave. He expertly handled a workload increase of 50% to facilitate flawless admin for squadron command transition.

Finally, he led three member drop zone team. collected 40 airdrop bundles, recorded drop navigation data to enhance training effectiveness, and validated three separate drop tactics, techniques, and procedures.
