Hardman, a 189th Logistics Readiness Squadron deployment and distribution specialist, directed the movement of personnel for Operation Cryptic Cassowary, expertly coordinating logistics and managing more than 400 lbs of cargo valued at over $380k.

Additionally, she managed the receipt of munitions shipments worth more than $700k, while coordinating the processing of over 8,500 lbs. across three hazard classifications, boosting operational efficiency and fostering collaboration with Guatemalan military partners.

Finally, Hardman orchestrated the logistics for transporting weapon systems worth more than $70k, streamlining unit-funded transportation expenses totaling over $8,600, enhancing mission effectiveness, and protecting vital assets.
