As a 19th Operations Group executive officer and a C-130J aircraft commander, Fagnant flew nine presidentially-directed humanitarian airdrop missions, delivering more than 90 tons of aid.

Additionally, she conducted operations as formation lead for the first Coalition Humanitarian Airdrop formation, leading U.S. and allied aircraft to safely and effectively conduct airdrops in a contested environment and securing U.S. Central Command’s second priority.

Finally, Fagnant moved 63 tons of cargo and executed a 16-ship, multi-airdrop for the Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center, demonstrating joint maneuver in the Pacific, Air Mobility Commander’s first priority, and contributing to the certification of the 41st Airlift Squadron and eight other units for their deployments.
