As a 61st Airlift Squadron C-130J loadmaster, Rubash stepped outside her rank to be the 19th Operations Group SafeTalk suicide intervention representative. She intends to establish life-saving connections and be a liason to connect struggling members to critical resources.

Additionally, Rubash integrated with the Women and Children First shelter, coordinating 20 volunteers for a fundraising event's setup and execution reaching over 100 guests, netting $10,000 toward a new shelter.

Finally, she embraced STORM FLAG where she moved cargo, passengers and 15 aeromedical patients. Her crew air dropped more than 100 jumpers and 16 Container Delivery System bundles while being named Top Performers for threat mitigation.
