As the refill pharmacy lead for the 19th Medical Group, Staff Sgt. Alva Golembiewski directs five Total Force Airmen and manages 28 volunteers, in-processing more than 190,000 prescriptions annually for 41,000 beneficiaries.

Additionally, in her role as the Home Station Medical Response team chief, Golembiewski modernized the inventory system for over 2,000 items, trained two Airmen on digital stewardship and ensured full compliance of the $180,000 medical assemblage, which resulted in zero findings during the Air Mobility Command survey.

Finally, Golembiewski also revitalized the Wing’s Public Access Defibrillator Program. She inspected 23 devices across four groups, corrected seven discrepancies and resolved a two-year accountability gap that enhanced the base-wide emergency response readiness. Most recently, she completed the 40-hour Wing Resilience Trainer Assistant course and led a resilience session for 18 team members, fostering spiritual and mental wellness and reinforcing overall mission readiness.
