As the 19th Mission Support Group noncommissioned officer in charge of religious affairs, Francisco taught spiritual fitness skills at the first ever Little Rock Senior Enlisted Leader summit.

Additionally, he led all the logistics for chapel support of the 25.1 welcome home event. He also played in the Civil Engineer PRIME BEEF exercise and the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Warfighter Exercise as a religious affairs Airman.

Finally, he practiced religious support at a bare base and in mass casualty scenarios.
