As the 19th Operational Medical Readiness Squadron mental health technician, Triplett stepped up to assist with filling vital leadership roles. She is most proud of her work in the substance abuse program; as the primary substance technician, she engages in supervised treatment and assists service members with rehabilitation and sobriety.

Additionally, she frequently communicates with high ranking leadership outside of the medical group to keep them informed regarding their personnel.

Finally, Triplett has grown as a leader and has been training junior Airmen on important clinical and administrative tasks as she prepares to relocate overseas. She's demonstrated forward thinking and is ensuring the clinic will continue to operate smoothly while waiting for new technicians to replace those leaving. She communicates effectively with the team and continues to find solutions to potential problems she identifies.
