He also ensured successful delivery of a new C-130J simulator to the New Zealand Air Force through comprehensive acceptance testing.

Finally, Leonard certified three flight simulators for Federal Aviation Administration compliance, rigorously validating all aspects of performance including visual and complex mission simulations.
