Tech. Sgt. Clark led the transformation of an underutilized dormitory area into a 6th generation student learning center for 275 aircrew and maintenance students, leveraging a $12,000 budget to optimize the workspace and earn 19th Airlift Wing dormitory of the quarter.

Additionally, he executed 348 'no-notice' room inspections, identifying and correcting 1,700 discrepancies, counseled 75 Airmen on living standards, mitigated mold presence for an $8.1 million dollar dormitory, and aced the 19th AW fire and safety inspection.

Finally, Clark was selected for Airmen Helping Airmen First Term Enlisted Course program, delivering weekly structured personal and professional development sessions. He provided 23 Airmen and noncomissioned officers with mission command capabilities, securing Group Military Training Leader of the Quarter and Squadron Military Training Leader of the Year.
