Three significant accomplishments of selectee:

As the contracting officer for the 19th Contracting Squadron (CONS), Bradford developed and implemented a detailed tracker for CONS and Civil Engineering to use as a visual aid for pending and completed modifications, improving prioritization and workload management.

Additionally, she combined two major acquisitions, Airfield Pavements and Civil Works, into a single contract valued at $24 million and ensured high levels of competition through extensive vendor outreach, highlighting her contracting astuteness.

Finally, during the holidays she utilized her warrant authority ensuring seamless operations without any disruptions while simultaneously serving as a volunteer at Rodney’s Cycle House event for Toy Hill Weekend, supporting Toys for Tots raising $9,500 and gifts for more than 21,000 children in Central Arkansas.
