Hobbies: Working on vintage cars, coaching his son's sports camp 

TSgt Willis used expert managerial skills developed and honed in the HVAC shop to identify and overcome challenges of a constantly changing landscape to prepare and meet all standard and emerging mission requirements. Willis has been a lynchpin for the 19 MSG and throughout his time as an executive assistant, he has balanced the duties of 3 personnel and alleviated mission degradation during the continual rotation of key leadership within the group ensuring there is continuity.

Additionally, Willis standardized processes for wing, MAJCOM and DAF tasks, enabled all administrative requirements ranging from EPB/OPB to the recognition of Group personnel and maintained structural integrity of the Wing headquarters.

Finally, Willis was chosen to be the 19 CES enlisted lead for an upcoming ATF deployment and leveraged his expertise and leadership experience to ensure mission success. Willis achieved all of this, truly embodying the Wing motto, "Be Worthy!"
