Unit: 34th Combat Training Squadron

Official Duty title: Noncommissioned Officer in Charge of Joint Operations Flight

Hometown: Springboro, Ohio

Time in service: 9 years

Time at Little Rock: 6 years

Goals: Promotion to technical sergeant and obtain a Private Pilot’s License

Hobbies: Fishing and shooting

As the 34th Combat Training Squadron unit deployment manager, Coleman ensures worldwide readiness for all squadron members while also serving as the noncommissioned officer in charge of the joint operations flight, fostering regular integration with the U.S. Army Joint Readiness Training Center.

Additionally, Coleman recently demonstrated initiative well beyond his tasked workload by volunteering to support Air Force Special Operations Command's EMERALD WARRIOR highway landing exercise, the 71st Rescue Squadron pre-deployment exercise, and JRTC's 24-10 rotation to prepare the 101st Airborne Division for combat operations.

Finally, Coleman attended the Career Enlisted Aviator conference and briefed unit members about upcoming changes within the Air Force and allowing them to be better prepared for professional development and leadership roles.
