Within the 19th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, Senior Airman Prickett re-designed the entire squadron physical training program. Her training plan ensured 24-hour coverage for individuals on all three shifts and provided four members with previous PT fails specific regimens to bolster the unit’s 98% pass rate.

Additionally, Prickett was pivotal to the Records Management Program. Combing through 2,300 records and logging three years’ worth of data, she secured a zero-finding inspection from the Base Records Manager.

Finally, she was hand-selected as the Unit Control Center point of contact. She validated vital personnel info, ensuring rapid emergency response for 539 personnel within the largest unit on base for future contingencies. Her dedication secured her selection as the Support Flight “Top Performer” for July!
