Johnson led 14 noncommissioned officers for the 19th Airlift Wing Liberty Fest IAC booth, supporting 3,500 Little Rock Air Force Base personnel, mentoring nine NCOs in 10 Wing fundraising processes, culminating in $7,400 profit boosting the quality of life for 34 instructors and their families.

Additionally, Johnson earned a Community College of the Air Force degree and 31 credit hours towards a Bachelor of the Arts in Education. He leveraged teaching methodologies while delivering 1,200 podium hours and forged new Air, Education and Training Course curriculum for C-130J crew chiefs.

Finally, Johnson participated in the Department of the Air Force-wide AFWERX Phase II evaluation, reviewing 972 proposals and completing 2,916 evaluations, representing $1.24 billion in research, development, test, and evaluation investments, securing funding for 163 proposals amounting to $219 million in awards.
