Conn coordinated the preparation and upload of life saving equipment in support of the weather evacuation of 14 Air Mobility Command and Air Education and Training Command aircraft and guaranteed the crisis response of all C-130Js.

Additionally, he managed the Mission Termination Inspection schedule and led 12 airmen across three shifts, completing 5,700 equipment inspections and ensuring the on-time deployment of the 41st Airlift Squadron Iron Swap. Conn also led the configuration of four aircraft for two off-station missions to Norway and Haiti.

Finally, as shift lead, Conn oversaw eight technicians build up ten new restraint harness assemblies, fixing a year-long aircraft equipment readiness issue.
