Official Duty title: C-130J Loadmaster, Squadron Scheduler

Hometown: Pawnee, Illinois

Time in service: 1 year, 9 months

Time at Little Rock: 1 year, 6 months

Goals: I want to learn as much as I can during the upcoming deployment so I can become a loadmaster instructor. I want to progress as much as I can in the Air Force as well as progressing as a C-130J loadmaster.

Hobbies: My hobbies are anything and everything involving outdoor activities. I love to travel and experience new places and their cultures.

Clatfelter has excelled in her duties as a C-130J loadmaster by completing her solo loadmaster tactical mission including CDS airdrop and combat offload three months ahead of training plans.

Additionally, she has been vital to the squadron scheduling team by synchronizing 66 loadmaster schedules to generate flight orders for 614 missions annually, enabling 7K training events and eight HHQ taskings.

Finally, to embody the wing’s Mission and Warrior Ethos Mindset, Clatfelter, as an essential team member of the 41 AS, executed resupply missions to Thule, Greenland & Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and was selected to interfly with the 29th WPS in Colorado Springs, gaining tactical employment experience.
