Rogers redesigned the Operations Group flight Risk Management worksheet, modernizing aircrew abilities to capture evolving risk during C-130 sorties. He authored Operations Group special interest items, targeting integration of loadmaster pre- and post-flight briefing procedures for improved lethality and agility.

Additionally, since stepping into the Group Standards & Evaluations leadership role, he has logged 117 flight hours and coached multiple aircrews through 78 individualized training items, readying C-130 aircrew for global mobility tactics.

Finally, he recently returned from an airlift support training mission to Alaska, supporting three Army battalions with pre-deployment personnel and equipment airdrops.
