Official Duty title: Quality Assurance Inspector

Hometown: Iriga City, Philippines

Time in service: 8 years

Time at Little Rock: 4 years

Goals: Complete last two remaining courses for bachelor’s degree and apply for Officer Training School

Hobbies: Going to the gym, volleyball, deer hunting, exploring the great outdoors

Tijam is currently filling an E-7 role as Chief Inspector for 314th MXG’s Quality Assurance.

Additionally, Tijam also serves as the Weight & Balance Program Manager, overseeing a five-member team through two aircraft inventories, aircraft configuration updates, where they sifted through 734 aircraft assets.

Finally, his team validated inventory charts, ensuring accurate center of gravity calculations which enabled 820 flight hours, 966 sorties, and 82 aircrew graduates.
