Ward has done outstanding work in progressing the 19th Mission Support Group’s technological capabilities.  Using her Communications background, Ward sped up installation time for new computers, application updates for government cell phones, and alleviated mission degradation that arise from day-to-day Communications related issues.

Additionally, Ward led the transition to a new task tracking system which led to reduced sync issues, giving time back for decision makers.

Finally, Ward successfully moved all 19 MSG Share Drive files to Teams within four days where she streamlined and eliminated redundancies and outdated materials.  This decision also facilitated the synchronization of the Group with other Squadrons cementing the utilization of the Teams platform for managing tasker workflows.  In just one month of serving as the enlisted executive officer, Ward has achieved all of this, truly embodying the Wing motto, 'Be Worthy'!
