Tech. Sgt. Pate arrived at Little Rock Air Force Base and excelled at his first challenge, leading the generation of four aircraft in mission operations.

Additionally, Tech. Sgt. Pate filled an E-7 manning gap for two weeks, acting as Production Superintendent. While in this role he coordinated maintenance actions and ensured successful mission generation.

Finally, Tech. Sgt. Pate was identified as a Superior Performer during the recent ROCKI. He crushed the generation coordinating 2,408 tracking, while also helping another WIT inspector perform their inspection on AGE capabilities.
