Hobbies: Reading, going to the gym, and playing with her puppies

As the unit deployment manager for the 19th Logistics Readiness Squadron, Schilling piloted three units through a short notice deployment. She worked directly with Air Mobility Command to deploy Airmen and cargo across multiple locations and airfields. Her work resulted in a new standard of mission readiness and operational excellence.

Additionally, Schilling orchestrated the 19th Airlift Wing Air Force Force Generation (AFFORGEN) prep and directed squadron deployments by guiding flights through approximately 340 requirements.

Finally, she developed a deployer seminar, which supported mission execution and geopolitical alliances within the U.S. Central Command.
