Airmen receive nonjudicial punishments Published Jan. 16, 2007 By 314th Airlift Wing Legal Office LITTLE ROCK AIR FORCE BASE, Ark. -- The following Little Rock Air Force Base members received nonjudicial punishments during the month of December. 314th Maintenance Squadron A senior airman failed to follow the proper technical order procedures. The member received a suspended reduction to airman first class, forfeiture of $300 pay for two months and 30 days extra duty. 314th Logistics Readiness Squadron An airman first class entered another Airman's dorm room without permission and used inappropriate language toward an NCO. The member received forfeiture of $323 pay for two months, restriction to base for 30 days, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand. An airman first class failed to go to the appointed place of duty. The member received restriction to the base for 15 days, 15 days extra duty and a reprimand. An airman first class had sexual intercourse with a married person - not their spouse. The member received forfeiture of $175 pay, restriction to the base for 14 days, 14 days extra duty and a reprimand. 314th Security Forces Squadron An airman wrongfully left the scene of an accident without making identity known. The member received a suspended reduction to airman basic, forfeiture of $200 pay for two months, 14 days extra duty and a reprimand. 463rd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron An airman first class failed to report for weekend duty. The member received a suspended reduction to airman and 10 days extra duty. An airman first class drove while intoxicated. The member received reduction to airman and 14 days extra duty.
