LITTLE ROCK AIR FORCE BASE, Ark. -- Nine Little Rock Air Force Base NCO's have graduated from the NCO Academy in a ceremony held July 9 at Keesler Air Force Base, Miss. Team Little Rock congratulates the following graduates:
