1st Lt. Jessica Le, 19th Medical Group deputy flight commander, and Tech. Sgt. Timothy Gunn, 19th MDG NCO-in-charge of force health management, use food code as guidance when reviewing inspection folders for food facilities. Lieutenant Le oversaw 300 clinic employees’ health programs and maintained a compliance rate at 100 percent. She also educated unit deployment monitors on the Disease Containment Plan for the seasonal flu prevention exercise and vaccinated 2,700 people in 36 hours.
