Diana Risse, 12, daughter of Mrs. Janis and Col. George Risse, 19th Mission Support Group commander, and Madison Turcotte, 12, daughter of Mrs. Callie and Chief Master Sgt. Richard Turcotte, 314th Airlift Wing command chief, sing a duet to open the Tops in Blue concert on base Jan. 14. The two won the Air Force-level Family and Teen Talent competition as a duet for their age group.
