Nonjudicial Punishment for January 2010

Twelve Little Rock Air Force Base members were punished under Article 15, of the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

An airman from the 19th Equipment Maintenance Squadron was drinking while under the legal drinking age. The member received reduction to the rank of airman basic, suspended forfeiture of $699 pay per month for two months and a reprimand.

An airman first class from the 19th Medical Operations Squadron wrongfully used marijuana. The member received a reduction to the rank of airman basic and a reprimand.

An airman first class from the 314th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron drove while drunk. The member received a reduction to the rank of airman basic with reduction below airman suspended, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand.

An airman first class from the 19th Logistics Readiness Squadron absented themselves from their place of duty without authority and failed to go at the time prescribed to their appointed place of duty. They also willfully left the local area without approved leave. Lastly, they made false official statements to an NCO on three occasions. The member received a reduction to the rank of airman basic, restriction to Little Rock Air Force Base for 30 days with 15 days suspended and 30 days extra duty with 15 days suspended.

An airman first class from the 19th LRS wrongfully used marijuana. The member received a suspended reduction to the rank of airman basic, restriction to Little Rock Air Force Base for 45 days with 15 days suspended, 45 days extra duty with 15 days suspended and a reprimand.

An airman first class from the 19th EMS provided alcohol to a person under the legal drinking age. The member received a reduction to the rank of airman basic with reduction below airman suspended, suspended forfeiture of $699 pay per month for two months and a reprimand.

An airman first class from the 19th EMS stole property of the Army and Air Force Exchange Service. The member received a reduction to the rank of airman basic with reduction below airman suspended, forfeiture of $250 pay and a reprimand.

An airman first class from the 19th EMS was drinking while under the legal drinking age. The member received reduction to the rank of airman basic, suspended forfeiture of $699 pay per month for two months and a reprimand.

An airman first class from the 19th Force Support Squadron failed to obey a lawful order by wrongfully driving a vehicle on base while having suspended on-base driving privileges. The member received a suspended reduction to the rank of airman, 45 days extra duty and a reprimand.

A staff sergeant from the 19th FSS stole money that was property of the United States Air Force. The member received a reduction to the rank of senior airman, 15 days extra duty and a reprimand.

A staff sergeant from the 19th Security Forces Squadron failed to obey a no contact order and committed adultery. The member received a reduction to the rank of senior airman, 30 days extra duty suspended and a reprimand.

At a previous assignment, a major from the 62nd Airlift Squadron engaged in wrongful sexual contact with a junior ranking officer and committed adultery. The member received a reprimand.
