Seven Little Rock Airmen punished under Article 15 in March

LITTLE ROCK AIR FORCE BASE, Ark. --  During the month of March, the following punishments were given to members of Little Rock Air Force Base under Article 15, Uniform Code of Military Justice.

An airman from the 19th Security Forces Squadron used marijuana. The member received reduction to the rank of airman basic, restriction to base for 30 days and 30 days extra duty.

An airman from the 19th Equipment Maintenance Squadron made false official statements to a senior NCO and an NCO. The member's previously suspended reduction to airman basic and forfeitures of $699 pay per month for two months was vacated.

An airman first class from the 19th SFS used marijuana. The member received a forfeiture of $852 pay per month for two months, restriction to base for 45 days, 45 days extra duty and a reprimand.

An airman first class from the 50th Airlift Squadron made unauthorized purchases with their government travel card. The member received a reduction to the rank of airman basic with reduction below airman suspended, suspended forfeiture of $500 pay per month for two months and a reprimand.

An airman first class from the 50th AS made unauthorized purchases with their government travel card. The member received a reduction to the rank of airman, suspended forfeiture of $500 pay per month for two months and a reprimand.

A staff sergeant from the 19th Airlift Wing made unauthorized purchases with their government travel card. The member received a suspended reduction to the rank of senior airman, forfeiture of $1,099 pay per month for two months with those forfeitures in excess of $150 pay per month for two months suspended, 45 days extra duty and a reprimand.

A staff sergeant from the 19th AW failed to report to work at the appointed time on two occasions, was incapacitated for duty and drove while drunk on diverse occasions. The member received reduction to the rank of senior airman, suspended forfeiture of $1,146 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty suspended and a reprimand.
