Seven Little Rock Airmen punished under Article 15 in June Published July 20, 2010 LITTLE ROCK AIR FORCE BASE, Ark. -- During the month of June, seven Airmen were given non-judicial punishment under Article 15, Uniform Code of Military Justice. - An airman first class from the 314th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron possessed K-2 "spice." The member received a reduction to the rank of airman and a reprimand. - An airman first class from the 19th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron provided alcohol to another military member who was under the legal drinking age of 21. The member received a suspended reduction to the rank of airman and 30 days extra duty. - An airman first class from the 19th AMXS possessed K-2 "spice." The member received a reduction to the rank of airman basic with reduction below the rank of airman suspended and 30 days extra duty. - A senior airman from the 19th Force Support Squadron massaged and touched another airman on the shoulder, back and waist. The member received a reduction to the rank of airman first class, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand. - A senior airman from the 19th Logistics Readiness Squadron disobeyed a no-contact order, signed an official record that was known to be false and committed adultery. The member received suspended reduction to the rank of airman first class, suspended forfeitures of $250 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty with 15 days suspended, and a reprimand. - A senior airman from the 19th Security Forces Squadron operated a vehicle while drunk. The member received a reduction to the rank of airman with reduction below the rank of airman first class suspended, forfeiture of $811 pay and 30 days extra duty. - A senior airman from the 41st Airlift Squadron negligently missed a movement and was incapacitated for the performance of duties through prior wrongful overindulgence with alcohol.
