Air Force announces selections to lieutenant colonel Published Sept. 1, 2010 RANDOLPH AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- The 2010 lieutenant colonel Line of the Air Force and Medical Service Corps central selection boards selected 1,236 majors for promotion. The boards considered 6,272 majors for promotion. The lieutenant colonel selectees from Little Rock Air Force Base are: Maj. Michael Donaghy, 19th Operations Support Squadron Maj. Timothy Schwamb, 19th Communications Squadron Maj. Bryan Shumway, 34th Combat Training Squadron Maj. Will Clark, 48th Airlift Squadron Maj. Doug Eaton, 62nd Airlift Squadron Maj.
