Sanders supports the 19th Airlift Wing’s mission to execute TacAir Anywhere by ensuring that  C-130J aircrew members are current on flight readiness items prior to flying. She enhanced flyer combat readiness by leading the implementation of six newly revised 19th Operations Group mobility flying training programs. Additionally, she authorized  orders for Exercise Green Flag, strengthening total force integration with 123 Army paratroopers. Finally, Sanders inspected qualification trackers in two units, expediting the process for selecting instructor flyers across the 19th OG.
