As the NCOIC of scheduling for the 62nd Airlift Squadron, Morin leads a five-member team scheduling 330 students annually, supplying seven MAJCOMs and 16 partner nations with C-130J tactical airlifters.

Recently, Morin was the lead loadmaster for an off-station trainer, where the crew airlifted 28 Montana Civil Air Patrol cadets and leadership, showcasing C-130J capabilities, and inspiring the next generation of combat airlifters.

Additionally, she took over the role as 62nd AS Unit Fitness Assessment Cell lead. Morin overhauled the Squadron Fitness program, rectifying over 50 system input issues and implemented a forward-path solution to address unit fitness program manning levels.
