As the AMCAOS Detachment 3 director of operations, Kendall is responsible for supporting global C-130 Operations through oversight of C-130H/J aircrew training systems and device certification, modification, and acceptance processes.

He strives to maintain the highest level of quality and fidelity for C-130 weapons system trainers and aircrew training devices to assist in providing aircrews with the best training possible in order to support the C-130 mission.
