19th Airlift Wing priority portrayed and why?

Castillo leads the wing’s blood drive initiative. His efforts in boosting program participation and advertisement has led to a 35% increase in donors providing lifesaving blood products.

He also stepped up to support Whiteman Air Force Base’s radiology team when they needed a last minute manning assist. He operated as their sole radiology technician for two weeks, saving $90K in outsourced radiology costs and eliminating unnecessary delays in patient care. 

He also leads the 19 Medical Group’s booster club, where he has championed partnerships with local organizations, raising the most funds and participation than the club has in the past four years.
